Grass-fed Beef Sirloin Foil Packets Recipe

One Balanced Life created these quick and easy Grass-fed Beef Sirloin Foil Packets with tender, delicious New Zealand grass-fed beef sirloin, carrots and potatoes topped with a light garlic butter sauce. Everything is prepared and cooked in one foil packet on the grill, so cleanup is minimal. It doesn’t get better than that!
Tip: If carrots or potatoes aren’t your favorite, you can easily swap in other vegetables!
Ingredients:
- 5.5 oz New Zealand grass-fed beef sirloin, cubed (Tip: look for the Taste Pure Nature Logo)
- 1/2 cup tri-color carrots, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 cup baby gold potatoes, halved
- Avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic, chopped
To Serve:
- Cilantro, chopped
Directions:
- 1. Pre-heat grill to high heat.
- 2. In a large bowl, season beef sirloin pieces with a drizzle of avocado oil, sea salt, and pepper.
- 3. Place seasoned beef sirloin in foil packets with chopped potatoes and carrots. Mix everything with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a drizzle of avocado oil.
- 4. Place sealed foil packets on grill for 15 minutes, or until beef sirloin has cooked to your desired level of doneness.
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 5. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat butter and garlic for 30 seconds, or until butter has melted. Stir to combine.
To Serve:
- 6. Pour garlic butter sauce over the cooked beef and vegetables. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
